Terms of Sale

1. Seller
Lidya Kongre Turizm Organizasyon Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("the Agency") acts as intermediary between the guest and the accommodation provider.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown on the booking page before payment, including any service fee, in the currency you select. Payment is collected by credit/debit card through the bank's secure 3D Secure page; the Agency never sees or stores your card details.

3. Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment. A voucher and payment receipt are issued electronically and sent/made available for download.

4. Service fee
The service fee shown at checkout covers payment processing and reservation handling and is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled by the Agency.

5. Exchange rates
When paying in a currency other than the event's base currency, the conversion rate applied is shown at checkout and fixed at the time of booking.

6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya courts and enforcement offices are authorised.
