We collect the information you enter on the booking form: contact details, guest names, passport numbers, nationality, dates of stay and any notes you provide. Card details are entered only on your bank's secure page and never reach our servers.

3. Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to create and manage your hotel reservation, issue the related documents (voucher, receipt, invoice) and meet legal record-keeping obligations. It is shared only with the accommodation provider and, where legally required, with public authorities.

4. Retention
Reservation and payment records are retained for the periods required by Turkish tax and tourism legislation, then deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights
Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
