Reservation Rules

1. Reservations
Reservations are made through the private booking link shared with your organization and become binding once payment is completed and a booking reference is issued.

2. Guest details
The names and passport details entered must match the guests' travel documents. Passports of all guests must be presented at the hotel reception during check-in.

3. Check-in / check-out
Check-in and check-out dates must be within the stay window announced for your event. Early arrival and late departure are only possible within that window and subject to availability.

4. Changes
Name corrections and date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing before the check-in date.
