Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Non-refundable reservations
Unless stated otherwise on the booking page, rooms are booked as non-refundable for the mentioned guest names after payment is completed.
2. Cancellation by the Agency
If the Agency or the hotel must cancel your reservation, the full amount paid — including the service fee — is refunded to the original payment card.
3. Event cancellation
If the event your reservation is linked to is cancelled by the organiser, the refund conditions announced by the organiser apply.
4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are always made to the original payment card. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–14 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
5. How to request
Send your booking reference and reason to the contact address below. Requests are answered within 3 business days.
