1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and are only confirmed after full payment has been successfully processed through our secure POS system. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your booking details, invoice, and itinerary summary.

Please double-check all information on your confirmation email, including names, travel dates, and services booked. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately, as we may not be able to make corrections at a later stage without additional charges.
2. Prices & Payment

In rare circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the tour. In these cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
Customer-initiated changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to administrative fees and depend on the policies of third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines). We will do our best to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
All travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate and valid travel documents required for the trip. This includes but is not limited to:
