Refund and Returns Policy

At Lidya Kongre Turizm Organizasyon Hizmetleri, we recognize that unexpected changes can arise in our customers’ travel plans. Whether it’s due to personal reasons, changes in schedules, or unforeseen events, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while also protecting the integrity of our operations and reservations.

1. Cancellations Initiated by the Customer

If you decide to cancel your reservation, the refund amount will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the scheduled departure or event date. The following conditions apply:

  • More than 30 days before the departure date:
    You will be eligible to receive a 90% refund of the total amount paid. A 10% administrative fee will be retained to cover operational costs and banking charges.

  • Between 15 to 30 days before departure:
    In this case, a 50% refund will be granted. We will have already committed significant resources and bookings on your behalf, which may not be recoverable.

  • Less than 15 days before departure:
    Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe, as the services and reservations will have already been finalized and paid to third-party providers.

Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and must include your booking reference number. Refunds will be calculated based on the date we receive the written cancellation notice, not the date it was sent.

2. Cancellations Initiated by the Company

In rare instances, we may need to cancel a tour, event, or reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Insufficient number of participants

  • Airline or hotel issues

Should we be required to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount you have paid. Alternatively, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule your booking for a future date or transfer your reservation to a similar tour or event. The choice will be yours, and no penalties will apply.

We will communicate any such cancellations as early as possible and provide assistance to help you rearrange your travel plans.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking. This may include credit card, bank transfer, or POS-based payment systems.

Refunds are generally issued within 14 business days after approval, although the timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
